This past weekend, we moved Dorothy back with your sisters. She's doing very well and her leg has healed up! Right now she's trying to get back into the flock. Some "pecking order" has to be rearranged. That makes me sad to see her being pecked on but she does it right back. I tell Dorothy that she needs to hold her own with her sisters!
Everyone is getting bigger and bigger. Oh, wait, what's this....
Brian and I have discovered that Pearl Bailey and Sophia are really.... Peanut Butter and Sammy. THEY'RE BOYS! WE HAVE ROOSTERS!!
And yes, we have found them a new home. In a couple of weeks, they will be relocated to a wonderful farm with lots of room to roam and plenty of hens to protect. We'll still have Dorothy, Blanche, Rose and Pumpkin. Let's hope they're still girls!
