I have a confession to make, I have a chair fetish. Yes, I LOVE CHAIRS! All kinds, large and small, wood or wicker, painted or stained, standard and rocking.

I have looked everywhere for the picture of this chair I took before I started sanding it but I have no idea where I put it on the computer! This very cute chair was painted solid white. I bought it at Southern Thrift for $3.99. I pictured painting it in my head a sweet pink but as I started to sand it, these wonderful colors started showing themselves...

This chair was painted a robin egg blue, next, a sage green and then a white.

I'm starting to think about not painting it pink. The chair looks very cool with the three colors showing. I just might finishing sanding it and putting a clear coat of polyurethane on it. It looks like it came right out of a farm house. I love that idea!

UPDATE:
By the way, Bubba, Angel and Trigger... the "Seehafer Senior Citizens" are all doing good and hanging in there. We're keeping a close eye on them and their doctors are being update on them twice a week. Dr. Nicole Harris, Dr. Scott Gables and the girls over at VetMed are just amazing! They are not only wonderful with everyones "kids" but with us humans too.
