Time for canning!

This was Saturday's pickin' out of the garden. We even had two gourds ready. I believe they had to be at least 8 pounds each! We'll dry those out and make some birdhouses.

Also on Saturday, we went to the Co-op in Lebanon and I got a Canning kit and some jars! Guess what I'll be doing this week!
