How to entertain yourself...

This 4th of July weekend was very nice and quiet here at the Seehafer Farm. Granny Nancy (Brian's Mom) came for the day and we just enjoyed ourselves. We LOVE NANCY!!! She is the best mom ever!!

I'm not sure Katie enjoyed having her toy on her head though.

Here she is!!! Brian's pumpkin!!

She growing about an average of 10 to 12 cm every morning lately. Brian decided to name it after RueRue.

This is what she looked like on June 25th...

and ONLY EIGHT DAYS LATER....SHE LOOKS LIKE THIS!! HOLY SMOKE!!! THAT'S A BIG PUMPKIN!!

There are a couple of others on the secondary vines but Brian's girl is on the main vine. SHE LOOKS GOOD!!

Last "Rooster Art"

Here the last one, I got this one at the flea market again. This one is for the girls roost... GOT TO HAVE ART FOR THE GIRLS PLACE!!

Here's my collection of "Rooster/Chicken Art"...

This one came from Bell Buckle Tennessee at one of the festivals there.

The rooster here, came for the flea market at the fairgrounds in Nashville. Love the blue in the tail.

These also came from a flea market trip. I liked them the moment I saw them!! They're fun!


This rooster here came from Sanford Florida. I was having lunch at a great little place with my sister and it was hanging on the wall. It's done by a local artist there in Sanford.

And yes, I have a fetish with rooster and chickens!!
